What types of pets do you groom at Aunt Jayne’s Groom Room?

At Aunt Jayne’s Groom Room in Wall, PA, we provide professional grooming services for dogs, cats, ferrets, and rabbits of all breeds and sizes. From luxury and designer breed grooming to specialty cuts like lion trims and all-over shaves, every pet receives personalized attention in a calm, fear-free environment. We’re also trained to handle special needs pets, senior pets, and those with health or behavioral conditions.

Do you offer grooming services for pets with medical or behavioral challenges?

Yes — we specialize in medical, end-of-life, special needs, and aggressive pet grooming. Owner Jayne is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) and Certified Fear-Free Groomer, giving her the expertise to safely manage pets with medical conditions, mobility challenges, or anxiety. We also provide bandage changes, insulin and medication services, and gentle grooming for elderly pets. Please call ahead if your pet requires medical or handicap accommodations.

What makes Aunt Jayne’s Groom Room different from other pet grooming salons?

We’re not your average grooming shop — we’re a family-owned, locally-operated salon led by certified professionals with veterinary and show-grooming backgrounds. Our groomers have decades of combined experience and certifications from Penn Foster and advanced training programs such as Macie Pisa’s Difficult Dog Course. Every groom is customized to your pet’s comfort, breed, and health — because we believe every animal deserves to be treated like family.

What grooming packages and services are available?

Aunt Jayne’s Groom Room offers full-service and custom grooming packages designed to keep your pets healthy, happy, and looking their best. Services include everything from bathing, blow drying, and brushing to detailed haircutting, sanitary trims, nail care, ear cleaning, and teeth trimming. We also offer flea baths, flea treatments, and skin conditioning for pets with sensitivities. For those wanting to go the extra mile, we provide pet accessories and jewelry to complete the look. Seasonal appointments, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas grooming, are also available to make sure your pets are photo-ready for the holidays.

How can I book an appointment at Aunt Jayne’s Groom Room?

Appointments can be scheduled by phone — we recommend calling in advance, especially for holiday grooming or handicap-accessible appointments. We only accept scheduled clients to ensure each pet receives the time and care they deserve. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please text, call, or fill out the contact form on our website, please DO NOT email. "My manx kitties are stubborn when it comes to allowing me to groom them. I easily booked appointments for them both online, and Jayne called to confirm shortly after. My cats both had sanitary cuts and nail trims done in under half an hour. Everyone was friendly and caring. I will definitely be back!"
